something had been dormant in my brain for a while, but only an inkling, a nexus of feelings, a seed. a feeling of being lost in a vast game world, looking for something you’ll never find

a standalone page for labyrinths.exe, a short visual novel about mazes and grief.

this game was originally created to be part of the chain game anthology Gardens of Vextro, a collection of distinct yet connected micro-games, each written to be in conversation with the game(s) before it. the version of labyrinths here is the same, but i think experiencing in its original context (that is, playing the entire anthology) is special.
